I feel so privileged to call Charlett my friend.  She is a yoga instructor and holds classes on the beach sunday mornings at 8 AM.  The beach is Palm Beach.  Go east on Okeechobee Blvd.  Right on A1A.  Immediate right on Brazilian Ave to park.  There is an entrance to the beach near there.  Bring a big towel!  It is beautiful and she is such an amazing instructor!  Go if you can make it!
